I have been a board certified orthopaedic surgeon for the past thirty years. I've been privileged to experience the wonders and benefits of orthopaedic surgeries but also the dissatisfaction of patients despite our best efforts.  With more experience, I realize my patients need more and better options before committing to life changing surgical procedures.  These options are based upon established and growing body of scientific evidence proving the safety and efficacy of these orthobiological products. These are not contingent upon the restrictions of commercial insurances favoring traditional yet unproven procedures.
